The Oaks Hotel Motel Albion Park, Albion Park

The hotel offered spacious rooms with plenty of extra linen, great value for money, and a lovely ambiance. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with amenities and payment processes. The location was ideal for our plans, conveniently close to major highways and key attractions. The absence of dining options was a downside, although the food available nearby was extraordinary.

The hotel rooms were spacious with lots of room and clean, but a little dated. However, there were moisture issues leading to a moldy scent from the wardrobe. The service provided by the staff, especially during dining, was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was convenient for attending events and offered flexibility for travel, although it could be noisy next to the highway. The dining experience lacked views and breakfast options, but it was right beside a night out at the hotel.

The hotel has exceptionally clean rooms and friendly and efficient service. The location is excellent but lacks some dining options. Overall, a great value for money stay.
